Qualified candidates must have at least one year of retail management, assistant manager or key holder responsibilities such as goal achievement, coaching, scheduling, and creating new business.
Aveda Store Managers are passionate about hair and the Aveda mission while translating this passion to their guests. They work as members of an Experience Center Team to share beauty, wellness and fashion, all through the power of touch.
Store Managers lead a team of highly trained Aveda Advisors to achieve sales goals and carry out their mission to the guests they serve. Additional responsibilities include planning and initiating monthly business-driving events to draw in new and existing guests.
