This course combines our basic course with our Manager's Training. You will learn the fundamentals of dermanalysis, facial manipulations, full body massage, equipment and the study the related sciences of anatomy and histology. During this course, you will be provided with advanced training in the above techniques. Upon completion, you will be ready to succeed as a licensed manager's esthician or make-up artist. State guidelines will be followed in regard to safety requirements. In addition, we will provide all aspects of managing a spa whether it is your career position or owning your own salon or spa. We will also review information on career and employment to include professional ethics, effective communication and human relations, financial data, licensing requirements and regulations and fundamentals of business management. Our goal for you is to be able to raise the bar of your chosen profession for many years to come.

Your combined cosmetology manager's training encompasses three types of learning:
• Theoretical knowledge, the foundation of your education.
• Practical experience, the application of your knowledge.
• Professional business-building skills, vital for your success.

Each phase of your education will emphasize different combinations of these approaches.
