Requirements:
- Ability to work 40-45 hours per week. Including evenings and Saturday
- A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of associates
- Strong communication skills
- Is organized, detail oriented, hardworking, and can multitask
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain the EWC Culture within the center and its associates
- Ability to handle managerial situations as they arise on short notice
