European Wax Center is currently hiring licensed full time and part time Wax Specialists / Estheticians / Cosmetologists in our Westlake location located in the Promenade of Crocker Park.
Wax Specialist / Esthetician & Cosmetologist Job Responsibilities:
- Providing all waxing services to all of EWC guests
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests
- Promote guest frequency
- Retaining guests through re-booking
- Educating guests on waxing methods using EWC’s exclusive retail product line
Wax Specialist / Esthetician & Cosmetologist Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Ohio
- 1 – 2 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry preferred; not required
- Be willing to learn new techniques
- Portray a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Enjoys working in a goal oriented, fun, fast-paced, working environment
- Experience in sales preferred; not required
- Able to do all types of body waxing
- Ability to work flexible days and hours
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be a Team Player
