Define Blowout Bar and Spa is opening soon in downtown Lancaster, Ohio. Great foot traffic on the ground floor of the newly renovated and breathtaking Mithoff Hotel.

A love or appreciation of the Aveda product line and customer rituals or willingness to learn is a must. If you are self-motivated, energetic, positive, goal-oriented stylist then we want to hear from you!

On-site training will allow us to teach and coach you through every aspect of the position you will be required to perform. We are looking for a team of stylists who want to grow their career and join our growing business.

Qualifications:

  • Must maintain a valid cosmetology license

  • Able to work as business dictates; including some nights and weekends

  • Able to attend training courses that may require travel

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate accountability, dependability, and ethics

  • Work collaboratively with others

  • Maintain safety standards and cleanliness

  • Understand guest needs and trends

  • Deliver an excellent guest experience

  • Be a positive Coach and Mentor

  • Be a Team Leader

Job Types:

  • Part-time, Full-time

  • Hourly + Commission
