The Aveda Experience Center is looking for a full-time and a part-time Retail Advisor.
In this role you will provide hair and skin care assistance while providing excellent service to our guests while achieving established sales goals.
Requirements:
Proven sales achievements with a minimum of one year retail, cosmetic, guest services, or direct sales experience
Cosmetology or esthetics license is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude - ability to smile and make people smile around you
Outgoing personality - the ability make small talk and have awareness of people's needs while multi-tasking
Results oriented

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Cosmetology or Esthiology license beneficial; Aveda graduates preferred
Experience:
One year face to face, retail or guest service experience in the service industry
Cosmetic experience preferred
Previous computer experience working with Microsoft office required
Previous experience working with retail POS computer software preferred
