Hiring a friendly, energetic professional individual with excellent costumer service experience.
Phone etiquette, computer and multitasking skill is required. 23 hours/week. Must be available Saturdays and evenings until 8:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Performing opening and closing duties as assigned.
Schedule guest salon and spa services, while implementing proper procedures.
Execute, standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette.
Responsible for balancing register drawer!
Perform other duties as assigned.
Aveda knowledge and salon experience is plus.
