What You’ll Do:
As the voice of Brown Aveda Institute, our Call Center Representatives play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for guests and clients. You'll be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls with professionalism and a smile
Scheduling appointments at our guests’ preferred locations
Calling clients to share updates on new products and services
Assisting callers with website navigation, service usage, and troubleshooting
Reviewing customer accounts and offering timely updates and information
Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer service experience
Supporting marketing efforts as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Active listening skills to understand customer needs
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
Patience and empathy, especially when assisting frustrated callers
Time management and organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly
The flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Solid computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
A deep understanding of our services and offerings to better serve our guests
A natural ability to troubleshoot and guide customers to solutions
