Brown Aveda Institute in Strongsville is now hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator to join our team during the evening, daytime, and weekends!
This is more than just a front desk position—it’s an opportunity to be a part of something beautiful. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in delivering a welcoming, professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Book appointments and manage service schedules using SalonBiz and other software
Answer questions about services, pricing, and Aveda products
Process payments and balance registers at the end of shifts
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and light cleaning duties
Provide administrative support including student scheduling and reporting
Support new student onboarding and maintain front desk procedure manuals
Collaborate with instructors and team members to ensure a smooth front desk experience
What We’re Looking For:
High school graduate with previous customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A professional, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
Comfortable using computer systems and salon scheduling software
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
