This Salon Apprentice / Assistant position is designed for emerging talent ready to grow within a supportive, education-focused environment that values hands-on learning and long-term success.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced stylists, assisting during services, shampooing and preparing clients, mixing color, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. You’ll also play an important part in supporting daily salon operations, gaining real-world experience that builds confidence behind the chair.

What sets this opportunity apart is its structured 6–9 month training program, offering mentorship, ongoing education, and a clear promotion path to becoming a stylist starting at 50% commission. Compensation includes hourly pay, tips, and commission opportunities, along with eligibility for paid vacation.
