The role goes beyond providing a great hair service. Stylists focus on the guest's total look, combining professional expertise, personalized recommendations, and exceptional service to create a complete beauty experience.

Stylists are also expected to develop and communicate their product knowledge, follow salon operating procedures and professional standards, and contribute to the salon's performance through service sales, productivity, and outstanding guest experiences.
As part of the salon team, Stylists support Ulta Beauty's Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager while demonstrating the company's mission, vision, and values in their work with guests and fellow team members.
