Employers are encouraged to arrive at 8:30 AM for setup. Once your space is ready, you’ll have time to review student resumes and explore hands-on work from advanced students in manicure, cosmetology, and esthetics programs. This early access offers valuable insight into the creativity, technical skills, and professionalism of the students before the event begins.
The format of the event is designed for meaningful interaction. Students will be divided into small groups and rotate throughout the clinic floor, giving each participating salon or business the chance to connect with every group.
